If not within a city, check county laws for Jackson County or Josephine County.
Try looking into business loans to discover which one works for you. Local banks include Evergreen Federal, People's Bank, Rogue Credit Union, Umpqua Bank and more.
Southern Oregon Regional Economic Development Inc. (SOREDI) has a gap-financing program that may be of interest. Business Oregon and the Small Business Administration (SBA) also have grant opportunities periodically.
Try getting involved in your local chamber and going to networking events like the Rogue One Million Cups or Pitch Nights (upcoming), where other entrepreneurs are also gathering. The SBDCs (RCC/SOU) or the Jackson County Library Business Librarians may also help with the marketing strategy of your business plan.
Have you gotten in touch with Southern Oregon Regional Economic Development Inc (SOREDI)? They may be able to help. Reaching out to local city chambers or city governments may also be useful, depending on where you want to expand/relocate.
